Parking description

2 car private parking garage with additional free street parking during the day.

General Rules

-All types of smoking are prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $500 minimum cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence or odor from smoking. -No parties or large gatherings. No more than 8 people are allowed in the condo at any given time. -Please respect our neighbors and community and keep noise at a minimum at all times. -Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, dumpsters are located in the parking lot, across the courtyard, and through the gate. -Pets are not allowed inside the home without permission. We charge an additional $250 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets in the home without prior permission. -Help us out and use coasters provided to set drinks or water bottles on any of the furniture. -When leaving the house, turn off the lights and set AC to 78 degrees.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
