Welcome to our luxurious office center, perfect for your next networking, professional or social event. Imagine your next event in a series of rooms. You will love the high-end finishes, glass artwork, subtle fragrant scents and positive energy throughout. It comes with 2,800 sq. ft. of a bright open Reception Area that flows into an open space with chairs, which flows into an open kitchen. Also included is an enclosed conference room perfect for eating, while having your slideshow, movie or video on the 100 inch screen. The environment here is so ambient, your guests are going to stay longer than they intended. This is the feedback we get every time from our hosts!. Located in the Perimeter of Atlanta, our space is secure with parking a few steps away, a full staff during business hours and key-card access on weekends and after-hours where a staff member will meet you. The space includes approximately 2,800 sq. feet total, of which you can use it all or we can partition it off for your group. Available for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 15 hours.

-No extension cords are allowed because this will blow the circuit. You need to plug into the wall directly. No heaters or generators or wind blowers are allowed -You and your guests are required to sign in at the reception area on the iPads. On onsite staff member is available to answer questions. -No smoking inside or loitering outside of the building/on the premises before or after your booking. $500 fine imposed for smoking inside. -Vending Machines are available; Catering is allowed; however, you need to book a minimum of 30 minutes to 1 hour before & after your meeting to set-up and clean-up (sometimes more if you’re decorating). This time needs to be paid for to be blocked off in our calendar (to avoid impacting guests before and/or after your booking). -A Kitchen is available; however, it is in the common area and may not be available to display your food, which can always be displayed in your booked room. No stove/oven; however, you can use hot burners under your pans. -Wine, Champagne and Beer are allowed in your booked room, with written permission prior. -You and your guests are required to remain in the space(s) booked and cannot utilize additional spaces unless you book them. A staff member will be happy to give you a tour of our 7,000 square foot facility. -Management offices and privately rented offices are off-limits. Our staff will do a walk through with you for a Pre & Post-inspection; you will be responsible for the replacement cost of broken/damaged furniture & equipment.
