About Studio 13 HTX
This studio for content creators, influencers, models, and photographers to capture picture and video content. The open space concept also makes it an ideal place to host private events. If your creativity needs an accessory - we have it. Included in every package, our goal is to provide the tools necessary to make the most out of your booking. With everything from strong wifi, monitored security, and half a dozen staged photo areas, to a fully accessible loading bay for any equipment you may need to bring in - our studio was developed to meet the needs of each use of our space.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

This space was perfect for our video shoot! As described in the description of the space there was a low hum from the AC unit but this was easily edited out of the audio. We filmed from ~9am-10:30am and the sun did not change too much during the filming. If we had needed to be there longer we probably would have needed to cover the windows. Overall this space was great and had many options!

Probably one of the BEST places I’ve ever shot at. Location was easy to find. LOVE the natural light, how well the space is styled and love how spacious it was. This is a photographer’s dream playground. 12/10!!
