Dance club with bar and kitchen ready for rentals per hour or day. Bar and kitchen is operated by the establishment and can cater or serve off the menu for food and beverages. Stage is equipped with sound system for DJ or live music. Location is suited for up to 250 people for private parties, weddings, suite 16s, concerts, MMA or comedy events. 3 VIP rooms are available for individual rental from $50 - $150 per hour.

Parking description
Free onsite parking with 100 parking spots for employees and general public. Additional parking will require advance coordinate and subject to valet parking.
General Rules
Non smoking inside and alcohol is only served until closing 11 pm M-Thu, Sun, or 2 AM Friday and Saturday.

Cleaned and sanitized prior to each usage. Location offers cleaned bathrooms.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
