Exquisite updated Victorian home in serene, suburban Merchantville, NJ. This home has been meticulously renovated, blending timeless elegance with modern comforts. 4 beds, 2 baths, gourmet kitchen, charming details, and a spacious yard. Merchantville is 10 minutes from Philadelphia and about 90 minutes from NYC. It is a quaint historic town with tree lined streets and historic homes. There is ample parking, including a 3/4 car driveway, street parking (free), and a public parking lot (metered) directly across the street. We service social media content creators, professional photographers & videographers, artists, media corporations, movie producers, small & large businesses, & more. Available for: • Photo / Film Shoots • Content Creation • Podcasts / Interviews • Movies / Films *the statue of David and the neon sign in the guest room have been removed from the property. The furnishings and decor will remain as pictured for the most part, but some items may be moved, removed, or added at the sole discretion of the host. If your booking depends on a specific item that is pictured, it is your responsibility to confirm it with the host prior to booking.

Respect and Courtesy: This is my home that I live in. Please treat the space with respect and take care not to damage the home. This is a NO SHOES household. You will be required to take off your shoes or use booties that are provided. Please let me know in advance if you need booties. The basement is off limits to guests. If you plan on using the bathtub, shower, or beds during your production, you must bring your own linens and towels. This includes comforters and pillows as well. Absolutely no smoking allowed in the property. Smoking is allowed outside only and you must dispose of the butts upon leaving. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No furniture or decor may be moved. If you need to make adjustments to the space, this must be communicated to the host and approved beforehand. Guests will be required to put the home back to the way it was upon leaving. Please consolidate all trash and put into garage bags outside in the bins in the backyard next to the shed. Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Report any security issues immediately. I will coordinate with you separately on access to the home. Cleaning fee is included in the booking, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
