Our NO's No smoking or vaping in the building or on the grounds. No alcohol allowed. No drugs allowed. No pets/animals. No children under the age of 10 years old *Family Portraits can be requested.* No smoke machines allowed. No nudity allowed. No glitter, confetti, silly string, slime, or other matter that could leave a mess. Light refreshments are ok but renters need to clean their own trash. Production insurance is not required Furniture can be moved, but must be moved back exactly as you found it. If you plan to move furniture, take a photo before so you can put it back exactly as it was. The sectional can not be moved Security cameras and recording devices There are cameras in the area. The devices will not be recording but can be enabled for security purposes. * Nothing can be pinned, nailed or taped to the walls. If you hang anything on the walls you will forfeit your entire security deposit. Command strips/hooks are acceptable if there is no damage caused to the structure *Absolutely no loitering in the parking lot and there's no overnight parking. (Any vehicle left overnight is subject to be towed at the owner’s expense). Prep and setup time need to be factored into booking. Overtime is allowed. Will be billed starting from 10 mins past the end of the booking in 30 mins increments. Non-negotiable and non-refundable
