Modern Poolside Large Studio Apartment
About the Space
Our light filled studio is 750 square feet, newly remodeled and pool side. Great for product shots in the main living area(s), kitchen, and outside as well. Inside the studio we have a cushioned seating area / library corner, a large custom black brick fireplace and an elevated bedroom area as additional areas to shoot in. The pool is so close it can be seen as background in kitchen photos if desired. The pool is surrounded by a new modern fence, and mature landscaping. The vintage trailer in the backyard is an added feature. The main house has a large patio that we are also willing to share if you desire.

We clean with disinfectant between guests. We have basic cleaning supplies for you to use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
