About the Space

The Boutique Garden Suite is an intimate living quarter intentionally designed with whimsical charm. This suite has been newly renovated for your intimate gathering, photo shoots, film productions or hangout with friends. The guests have a private entrance into their suite which is located at the lower level of the house (basement/Garden apartment). Guests have access to entire suite along with backyard, 100 inch projection screen, fire pit, and grill. The suite is located in South East Queens which is nestled in the southernmost section of Queens. This is an evolving multi-cultural community that host a diverse variety of restaurants. The location is optimal for those who want accessibility to the airports and 5 borough of NYC. Just a hop skip from JFK airport (5 min) 1 mile from Long Island Railroad ( express route to manhattan) 1 mile from subway station 25 min LGA airport 8 min Resort World Casino

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
