About the Space
Our studio offers a brightly lit 750 sqft space in the heart of downtown, designed with the unique needs of Toronto creatives in mind. Located in the heart of Kensington market, our space comes with a selection of carefully curated decor that serves as a unique playground for photographers and artists, as well as a vast array of equipment suitable for all types of creative projects. We’ve taken the time to cover all the details so that you can relax and let your creativity flourish in our space! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
