About the Space

Third generation manicured California ranch style home with almost 60 years of landscaping and care. This property is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood 1 mile from the Pacific Ocean. Exclusive use of outdoor areas with limited indoor space available for booking use. The exterior areas available include: the home entry/walkway, court yard with french fountain, Asian Inspired pergola, grassways, mediterranean style outdoor entertaining area complete with outdoor furniture, rock waterfall feature, boxwood garden side yard. The indoor areas available (unless otherwise agreed upon) include: The kitchen and entryway. Max. occupancy during use is 10 guests. Please inquire about specific logisitics needed.

General Rules

- Outside catering is allowed - No smoking on the premises - No alcohol on the premises - No pets allowed (unless agreed upon) - All rentals include setup and teardown time; Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking - Furniture/decor must be moved back to where you found it

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be removed if replaced after use.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are audio/video security cameras at various locations throughout the yard, courtyard, and garden. There are also video/audio cameras at the driveway and entrance of the property.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning will be completed before and after all bookings made for use of indoor space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
