Additionally, there is a conveniently located bus stop for CBD-bound routes, which is only a 3-minute walk from the residence.

The residence is designed to embrace natural light, although the ceiling lighting can be obscured by the booking party if desired. I can provide extra pictures to showcase the space, and we can arrange a preliminary walk-through if necessary to gain a better understanding of the lighting in that area.
