Abandoned house look - bare bones, no furniture . Slowly being renovated and changing . Appalachian, 360 degree, beautiful wooded views. Quiet; crickets and birds, old native trees. Heavily forested area - 14 acres of woods approximately 15 minutes to downtown nashville . Tennessee foothills, long wooded road access. No running water- no bathroom facility.
