About the Space
The layout is a large with an open floor plan. The studio area has a large beautiful brick wall along side it with an option for rolling white walls for a neutral backdrop. There is a dedicated living area and kitchen aswell. All pieces of furniture and be moved to your liking. This space Would be perfect for home good shoots, Apparel, fitness and movie sets. The space is so large and open is can be transformed into mostly anything. Light shines throughout this 14ft high lofted studio.

This is my home, as well as my painting studio. I tend to my home constantly to make sure it is clean and tidy and surfaces are wiped down. But at the end of the day it Is my living space and paintings studio containing all of my personal items within it. It is not PRISTINE and would be best suited for lifestyle shoots. Will always have it clean and tidy before appointments.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
