As a company we offer a range of services in photography and video production and now we have expanded our services to offer multiple ready-to-shoot sets and more! See below for more details. Space Details o 1300 sq ft- soundproof o No smoking allowed o 2 entrance options (main entrance and double doors can be used as loading area) o Little to no natural light (double doors can be opened to let in some natural light) o Street Parking & Rear Parking Lot o Check out our add-on section for a list of props and equipment we offer for rent. o You are expected to follow all rules written and verbal and be respectful to all staff/property and other business in the building/area.

Health and Safety Measures
We take the health our of guest serious. Space is cleaned weekly and after every booking. There is also hand sanitizer available and hand soap and hot water in the restroom.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
