Welcome to our vibrant and contemporary home nestled in the charming town of Concord. Step into our recently remodeled abode, complete with a detached guest house, and bring your production to life in a space designed for creativity. Our versatile environment is ideal for photoshoots, video shoots, interviews, and any other imaginative projects you have in mind. Bask in the abundant natural light that fills our space, showcasing a beautiful modern kitchen with open shelving, a spacious open living and dining area, two stylishly tiled bathrooms, and a serene master bedroom adorned with warm details. Our home is equipped with an array of beautiful props to ensure a seamless shoot experience. You and your team will have exclusive access to our inviting interior space spanning 1,500 square feet, featuring a generous open living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a game room for added versatility. Please note that while the backyard is shared with the guest house, it is not included in your rental. However, it can be added separately for an additional fee. Feel free to inquire about its availability and view photos beforehand. The guest house, a cozy tiny home boasting an additional 550 square feet of interior space, offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living and dining area. Its living room double doors open up to a private patio space, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Our indoor amenities include a 65" flat-screen TV in the main house and a 55" flat-screen TV in the guest house, ensuring entertainment options for your crew, along with high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected throughout your production. Our fully equipped kitchen features dishes, cups/mugs, silverware, and fridge access to cater to your culinary needs. - No smoking allowed - Pets need to be cleared with us before booking and there is an additional fee of $250/day. - Check-in/Check-out: Start and end times are strictly enforced. We will give a 15 minute grace period after which you will be charged for the full hour at the overtime rate of 1.5x. Furniture The home and guest house must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - if you move furniture around it needs to be placed back in its original position. Furniture, artwork and decorations may be moved however it cannot be removed from the property. Productions are welcome to move all the furniture / decor / art but are required to put it back into place. Violating this will incur a fee. - No filming or photography outside of our property, in front of any neighbor's houses or in the street, without a permit. - The crew and cast may congregate inside the house or in the backyard, but we ask that groups do not congregate in front of the house at any time. Headcount: Every person that comes through the studio during your production is counted as a head. Please note that we do NOT allow the switching out of crew members. For instance, if the booking is for 10 crew members, we expect it to be the same 10 people for the entirety of the booking. "Switching" will increase your headcount and we will charge accordingly. Prices are reflected on the listing. Production must carry out their own trash, any bags left behind will incur a fee. We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location.
