The open floor plan is highly adaptable to set up for your specific needs. We can provide you with any equipment needed including tables, chairs, projector and anything else you need to get the job done. BRIDAL SUITE: A wonderful space offering privacy for the bridal party to prepare for weddings in nearby venues including The Box House Hotel and Milk & Roses. The space is set up with a dual hair/makeup station, full length mirror, garment racks, steamer and private restroom. Plenty of room to spread out and prepare. KITCHEN: The space features a full kitchen with granite countertops, large island, electric range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea kettle and ice-maker. It is stocked with coffee and a selection of teas along with paper cups and both dairy and non-dairy milk. Please note that we don't include any additional plasticware, cookware or other utensils. If you plan on doing any cooking or food prep you can add our kitchen package which includes some kitchen basics. Just select that as an add-on when booking. EVENTS: While not offered as an event-space at this time, we are open to hosting small, private get-togethers. Hit us up with what you have in mind and we can take it from there. CLEANING: Our space is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each booking so you and your team can enjoy the highest standards of cleanliness. While the cost of cleaning is included in our rate, please note that usage of the kitchen for food preparation incurs an additional $200 cleaning charge for the extra work that goes into cleaning up the kitchen and sanitizing all cookware and utensils. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: • No smoking or open flame permitted in the studios or building, including hallways, bathrooms, stairways, building entryway, and landings. • No drug use. • Maximum occupancy is 25 people. • Out of respect for our neighbors, studios have a volume limit & live performance of any kind is not permitted. • All equipment must be rented from us. If you wish to bring in equipment from another vendor, a fee of $800 per day applies. • Any and all usage of loose glitter or confetti requires prior approval and is subject to a cleaning charge of at least $300. • Any usage of foggers, hazers, fire, smoke or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited. • Animals are not permitted without prior written consent. • Sofas, plants and other furniture cannot be relocated without prior consent and supervision of the studio manager. Requests to relocate any plants and furniture can be made to the studio manager onsite. Any deviation is subject to a fee of at least $100 per item moved in addition to the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged item. • Space must be left in the condition in which it was delivered. All garbage should be collected, bagged and left in the garbage can in the space. An additional cleaning fee of at least $200 applies otherwise.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR STUDIOS Studio floors, fabrics, surfaces, and touch points are cleaned and disinfected before every shoot. Hand sanitizer is supplied in each studio. We have newly renovated, private restrooms that are exclusive to Brooklyn Grain and not shared with other building tenants. They are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily. All studios have independent HVAC systems and air is not circulated between studios. All studios have abundant windows that can be opened for ventilation if desired. Every effort will be made to ensure building doors are open from the street to minimize surface contact on arrival. We have a no-contact thermometer available if you wish to utilize it for your team. SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR EQUIPMENT All reserved equipment orders as well as bags, cases and production supplies are handled with gloves and disinfected at last touch when loading them into your studio. All equipment, cases, bags and production supplies are disinfected upon return. Additional equipment requested during your shoot will be handled with gloves and disinfected prior to release. Allow additional time to fill requests. All sub-rented equipment is sourced from trusted vendors with disinfecting protocols that meet ours. To minimize contact between staff and clients we strongly urge teams to coordinate and submit a complete list of everything needed and avoid day-of-shoot add-ons.
