About the Space
All parts of the farm could be used for shooting as long as thee is notice and discussion beforehand. This property is 28 Acres of awesome natural backdrops! There is a 3 bedroom bungalow with a nice front deck and a big beautiful willow tree in the front yard, lots of maple, cedar, apple, and plum trees all over the property. There is also some cool swampy bog areas that are a bit wet, would make a great place for a horror film. There is a Baby Grand Piano in the living room, a medium sized kitchen, full unfinished basement, nice back deck overlooking the property. We have horses! Two Quarter horses, two miniature horses, which can be negotiated to be part of productions or just be in the background! Please don't hesitate to reach out if this place may be a great location for something you need. We have other instruments available for props, guitars, mandolin, banjo, drums, and even musicians for hire as well. This space is also a working home music studio. Music recording and production services are also avaiblable.

Choosing Chelsee's farm for my baby's first birthday was a fantastic decision. Chelsee also marked out a trail for a little hike, enhancing the overall experience. She made swedish candles / fire pit for my guests where the children made s’mores. Chelsee's warm welcome and patience as a host were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure my guests were comfortable and had a great time.
