About the Space
A family-owned, newly renovated basement-turned-podcast and content studio offering three uniquely designed spaces conveniently located in Prince George's County. Podcasting, audio, photography, and lighting equipment provided (cameras and SD cards excluded). Up to 8 people can comfortably use the space for various forms of content creation ranging from social media to small-scale video production. Equipped with soundproof ceilings, a half-kitchen area, and a changing room. . **Rental Cameras and staff assistance for filming can be made available depending on your booking date. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
