Large swimming pool and jacuzzi in classic lush Beverly Hills Flats backyard! A private and secluded feel. Great for photo/film shoots, celebrations (birthdays, baby/wedding showers, graduations, etc.), pool party, family/friends get togethers, a swim, or just floating and relaxing. The pool is heated to 85+ degrees (available mid-May through mid-October, for an additional fee) and the jacuzzi is always hot. Full use of furnished pool area and backyard, with private bathroom and shower (directly accessed from the pool and backyard) that can also be used as a changing room. There is no other house access. Private driveway parking next to pool and backyard. Bring your food and beverages, or order delivery from your favorite restaurant, and come stretch out and relax! Outdoor refrigerator/freezer and 55” TV available. Fold-out tables and chairs also available. Property and pool are professionally maintained, and pool was recently replastered. Bathroom is cleaned and sanitized between guests. Conveniently located next to Santa Monica Blvd., just a few blocks from West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, Melrose Avenue, and Rodeo Drive. I will meet you when you arrive, briefly show you the property and then leave you to enjoy your time. Guests must sign a liability release.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
