About the Space
This restored lake front log cabin is a fishing, kayaking, and water sports paradise on Mountain Island Lake. The home boasts professionally designed spaces inside and out, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Enjoy the water from the private dock with included kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, then end the day by the fire pit as the sun begins to set. Across the lake is the undisturbed shoreline of Latta Plantation, including miles of hiking trails.

Refrigerator with freezer, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher on the main floor.
The lower level has a kitchenette equipped with a mini refrigerator, sink and microwave. There is also a counter top ice machine.
Indoors: dining table off of the kitchen and family room Outdoors: two dining tables, one located on the upper deck off of the family room and one located on the lower patio adjacent to the fire pit area. There is also a bar top table on the upper deck.
Indoors: 4 dining chairs + a built-in bench situated around the dining table that can fit 7-8 people Outdoors: 2 bar stools on the upper deck bar area and 8 chairs around both dining tables, the upper and lower decks so 16 outdoor chairs + 2 bar stools. There are two swings on the front porch, one wooden swing and one soft sided swing with cushions. There is another wooden swing on the lakeside lower patio adjacent to the dining table area.
There is a couch in the main floor family room along with 2 occasional chairs.
There is a sound bar in the family room under the television.
There is a television in each bedroom in addition to the family room so 4 in total.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
