Air-conditioned dance or exercise studio! Affordable space in La Mesa. Flexible scheduling, easy to find location, assigned parking available, and safe environment. Newly installed light oak flooring, overhead bluetooth speakers, separate lobby. Please note: the lobby is equipped with multiple fans but it does not have A/C, only the dance studio. **PLEASE NOTE: If you are an individual or small group (less than 5) that will have ZERO food and only want to rehearse. REACH OUT for a discounted rental rate & discounted cleaning fee. Record videos for Tik Tok / YouTube, rehearse a piece of choreography, teach lessons, host improv workshops, staff meetings, etc... The studio is fully private, allowing you to focus on your work without distractions. We do not meet you for entry. A lock box code is provided the day of your booking. Amenities: Clean, versatile open space Mirrored walls Specialty dance and fitness floors Bluetooth speakers. You are required to contact us PRIOR to your rental if you'll need help connecting. Bathroom Completely private AC works if you know how to use an A/C remote properly. Pinky promise.

We expect guests to leave the space the same as they found it. We do not expect guests to disinfect unless there is a situation that requires it. B&B staff will disinfect the space between bookings and is available via phone/text for urgent needs.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
