About the Space
Perfect for hosting a wide variety of creative workshops & events. The secluded barn studio has large table tops with seating and is filled with eclectic artist's supplies. The indoor space has plenty of natural lighting, a rustic atmosphere, and a wash-up area. In addition to the artist studio, there is another outdoor covered area that can be used for meetings, lunch, etc. The main, exterior, wide open space is perfect for bigger classes and workshops that require room to move (ie: yoga, martial arts, land art installations, etc). The garden and fruit trees provide a beautiful backdrop for any botanical-inspired activity. The trailer and deck give perfect break amenities like a restroom, refrigerator, and headquarters space. Use part or all of the above to host your next outdoor adventure! The on-site chapel is for private use only except for wedding ceremonies with owner approval. Please note there is an additional surcharge of $100 an hour for weddings.

This is a ranch property and things are dusty by nature. Cleanings occur before and after each booking. You are responsible for removing your own trash.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
