Capture the tranquility while fishing or have fun in water activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, or simply hang out on your luxury boat. Use the larger deck for a bridal party or yoga session with serene lake views backdrop or the smaller deck for more intimate photos. In the early morning’s one can sometimes catches a flock of swans gliding on the water or the fish doing little leaps creating a splash and concentric circles in the water. We have a 5 bedroom 3 bath home, bar, game room, 2 grills choice of gas or charcoal, as well as 2 boat slips. House trash is removed and disposed off in trash cans Left over food is trashed, dishwasher is loaded and run if it hasn't already been done by guest House is swept, mopped and disinfected All applicances in the kitchen are wiped down, cleaned and sanitized included coffee maker, microwave, oven , fridge. Living area is dusted, surfaces wiped down like tables, lamps, vacummed floors, mopped and sanitzed. Beds are stripped and all sheets washed and sanitized all beddings replaced with clean sheets, pillow cases. Dusting, wiping down and sanitizing as final . THe same activities continue in the bathroom toilets, bathtub or shower, mirrow all washed and santizied and floors mopped until the whole house is cleaned and finally restocking,
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
