About the Space
Located near the vibrant Collegetown, this unique property, with an outdoor pool is great for your production needs or intimate event. Interior has an open floor plan with 2 equal size bedrooms and bathrooms on either side of the house. There's modern and colorful decor throughout. Outside, a Horseshoe shaped driveway and grassy lot, provide plenty of free onsite parking. This space is available for: - Events / Special Events - Birthday Parties - Family Reunions - Holiday Party - Bridal Shower - Baby Shower - Receptions - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. Parking description
One car may park in the carport or in the driveway as close to the front door as possible. All other cars should park in the grassy area in front of the house to keep the driveway clear.
General Rules
* We are a NO pet home. Your reservation is subject to immediate cancellation for discovery of an unauthorized pet. You may also incur an additional cleaning fee of $100 to return the home to a no-pet unit, plus any damages.
* Smoking is not permitted in the unit. Should you smoke OUTSIDE please dispose of cigarette butts. $200 fee for evidence of smoking on the grounds.
* This is a private single family home. There is a separate guest house in the backyard of the property. The gate entrance to the backyard is shared. You may see the resident of the guest house enter and exit the backyard to access their unit. Please be respectful of the neighbor.
* Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises . By making this reservation, it is agreed that all guests associated with the reservation are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.***

A professional cleaner is hired between bookings. Beginning with the high-traffic areas, the house is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities are disinfected. Soft, porous materials are properly cleaned or removed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
