Abundant onsite parking. There is a front surface parking lot and a rear surface parking lot.

OVERVIEW Please respect the space and leave it as you found it. Limit loud music/noise to respect the neighbors. Furniture can only be moved with permission from Host. Decor can be moved but must be returned as found before checking out. Outside catering is allowed LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Please coordinate with the host for any and all drop offs and pickups. An additional fee per day may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of the date of the booking. ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE Please remove all trash and recycling. A cleaning fee is included in all rentals. An additional fee may apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. RESTRICTIONS *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE Production/event insurance is required. Production company must be fully insured and share a copy of insurance prior to the shoot. SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the booking and factor time into your booking accordingly.
