About the Space
Enjoy access to our heated pool (80ish degrees) and backyard space during the summer season. Seating on the pool deck for 10+ people. Pool basketball hoop and toys (please bring personal goggles, life jackets, floaties). Toddler play structure and sand area. Backyard lawn games (cornhole, yardzee, plastic axe throwing). Swings hanging from the deck. 2 picnic tables that seat 6 each are present with umbrellas. Portable restroom and changing room available. A refrigerator/freezer is available for any food/beverages you bring (no glass please). 2-hour minimum rental. Please leave pets at home. This space is available for: - Events / Special Events - Birthday Parties - Family Reunions - Holiday Party - Bridal Shower - Baby Shower - Receptions - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
