About the Space

Enjoy access to our heated pool (80ish degrees) and backyard space during the summer season. Seating on the pool deck for 10+ people. Pool basketball hoop and toys (please bring personal goggles, life jackets, floaties). Toddler play structure and sand area. Backyard lawn games (cornhole, yardzee, plastic axe throwing). Swings hanging from the deck. 2 picnic tables that seat 6 each are present with umbrellas. Portable restroom and changing room available. A refrigerator/freezer is available for any food/beverages you bring (no glass please). 2-hour minimum rental. Please leave pets at home. This space is available for: - Events / Special Events - Birthday Parties - Family Reunions - Holiday Party - Bridal Shower - Baby Shower - Receptions - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
