About the Space
Located in Wilmington, MA our Lounge offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 40 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 20 - Conversational seating areas with couches and chairs - Fireplace - Kitchenette equipped with sink, microwave, and fridge/freezer - Wi-Fi Take a 3D Tour: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=41WucHsxCbU Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Space was excellent! It worked perfectly for our baby shower. Was a little worried by other reviews which mentioned residents using the space during the event but that didn't happen to us. Someone did try to come in but went back after seeing the private event sign. Would definitely recommend the space!

A perfect location for a baby shower! The space was clean, bright and comfortable for our party of 32. Everyone loved it; I was asked repeatedly, how did you find this place??? The only snafus were that there wasn't a way to turn on the fireplace and no way to leave the door to the venue or to the bathroom hallway unlocked. We had to prop open with a rug and piece of cardboard and I couldn't reach anyone to ask. Minor compared to the perfect location! And celebration Tyty!

The space was clean and well kept, natural light was great. Only downfall was the key was not in the lockbox as they said it would be, then I had trouble getting ahold of the contact to get the key. I gained access to the space about 45 minute late, which they were able to allow me to extend my time. She was very apologetic and kind when letting me into the building. Luckily my photo client was understanding and it didn't sour the session, this time.

Beautiful space. Clean. Open. Easy parking. Getting the key was easy, only 1.4 miles away from the space. Highly recommend.

It's a great space and worked well for what I was doing. However, it wasn't truly closed off from residents, as I had a few walk in to use it as they normally do. They didn't notice the small signs on the doors. My biggest complaint was that an employee (the cleaner) that should have known better came in and heated up his lunch in the middle of our time, which was luckily a down time for me. Then, most egregiously, he came in while I was with clients and started vacuuming and cleaning! This was with an hour left of my time. Not cool.

We hosted a baby shower here and the space was perfect! It was clean, well designed and had everything we needed. The kitchen provided us a good space for the food, using the island for the buffet space. There was plenty of seating. Thank you for sharing this space! I would highly recommend it to others.
