About the Space
1200 ft warehouse with plenty of space for you to create art . Has murals and graffiti on every wall giving it that west coast feel . It does have a pool table inside with blue felt that’s been very handy for entertaining or for pictures . It’s pretty much like a big garage you can fit up to 3 cars very comfortably has the big sliding doors that open up . Photo shoots and videos work best for the space the art on the walls are definitely a vibe that people like to capture on camera. @themagikhouse on Instagram Also have a few classic cars available for a extra charge

I disinfect the restroom and mop the floors wipe all the counters down with bleach . Disinfect the door handles . Pressure wash the main room with bleach before each booking
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
