About the Space
Board meetings, team building, photo shoots, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and small productions! We are a cozy, beautiful cafe space tucked away off of Piedmont Rd. We have a coffee bar, dining room, and outdoor patio that would work well for any kind of meeting, photo shoot, or small production.

Parking description
7-10 onsite parking, and plenty of free street parking on Manchester and Liddell Drive. There are a few additional parking lots walking distance for larger events.
General Rules
- No smoking
- No outside catering (we can provide)
- No large parties
- Capacity is max 60 people including outdoor space.
- No use of the kitchen.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have ring cameras in all of the main spaces, in the coffee bar and in the dining room, in the kitchen, and over the patio as well as the back entrance.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We care about safety and cleanliness! We clean and sanitize every day, multiple times a day, and then we clean in between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
