Indoor space is: 1238sq ft Outdoor space is: 600sq ft Freight elevator to the 4th floor Terrace level is available to use, along with 1 flight of stairs from 3rd to 4th floor as an option. Dec-Feb has unpredictable weather so do not plan for outdoor bookings during this time frame. No cover outdoors currently.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
