About the Space

Host your next event, meeting, or panel discussion at 25N Waco's amazing Terrace space. Up to 110 max capacity standing. This space is both Indoor and outdoor. Rental of the space includes: rolling white board, LED screen, lounge furniture - couch, chair, coffee table, regular meeting tables, 2 high top tables, kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 2 ovens, outdoor patio, restrooms on separate floor. Indoor space is: 1238sq ft Outdoor space is: 600sq ft Freight elevator to the 4th floor Terrace level is available to use, along with 1 flight of stairs from 3rd to 4th floor as an option. 2 restrooms 1 floor below, right below the stairs. Dec-Feb has unpredictable weather so do not plan for outdoor bookings during this time frame. No cover outdoors currently.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
