The space's driveway can host two cars. There is plenty of free street parking - no overnight parking.

• Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to tidy up after themselves and leave the space in the same condition they found it in. • No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on the walls. • Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. • No glitter or confetti can be used. • No smoke machines allowed • Only small and light furniture/accessories can be moved. Bed, sofa bed, and kitchen island are too heavy to be moved, and it might damage both the floor and furniture. • No smoking or vaping allowed in the building. • No loud music and party. Zero tolerance for loud noise. Please respect that this is a residential, quiet building. • No adult filming. Nudity is allowed, but no porn movies please. • All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallway or common areas. • Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking. Overtime will be billed at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
