About the Space
Welcome to Hazelnut Hollow, where you feel you have entered a charming english cottage in the suburbs of Nashville, TN. Sitting on 5 sprawling acres of groves of trees and open fields, this designer home balances a contemporary, open feel with cozy charm and custom details. Just 25 minutes from the Nashville airport, the house is located at the end of a quiet and beautiful neighborhood surrounded by farmland. Shopping is just 10 minutes away. You will find plenty of charm inside the home and on the property. The home welcomes you with 10' ceilings, a wall-to-wall traditional library, designer kitchen with a massive 10' island, wood floors throughout, lots of natural light from the many floor-to-ceiling windows, large soaking tub, hidden rooms and secret doors, and much more. Perfect location for bridal, wedding, fashion, lifestyle, music, celebrations, parties, film, etc.

A large designer kitchen with an 8-burner Ilve stovetop and double oven (1 full size, one half size). Two dishwashers, a pebble ice machine, filtered drinking water, drinking fountain, pressure cooker, air fryer, blender, kitchenaid, etc.
A large 5'x10' kitchen island and plenty of counter space throughout the kitchen and pantry areas
8 large white ceramic plates, 8 small ceramic plates, 8 large bamboo plates, 8 small plastic plates, plenty of glassware of different sizes, 10 sets of utensils.
Plenty of glassware (tall, short, wine glasses, mason jars for drinking, plastic children's cups
The dining room offers a large 8 person dining table; the kitchen has a large 10' island and 5 barstools, the back patio has a long table with benches; we have two large folding tables and chairs in the garage if needed.

The Great Room has a large sectional couch, the front Music Room has a sofa, the upstairs loft has a large sectional, the back patio has a sectional outdoor couch.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Aria and her husband were great! It was the perfect place for our photoshoot. The house was beautiful and the afternoon light was absolutely perfect. We would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Hard to Describe: this may truly be the “perfect” English cottage. As we were admiring all the details of the home, we described the experience like seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time. It is NOT a typical sterile but elegant setting. Every room is full of well thought out detail. You can see pictures and video, but until you experience it, it’s almost difficult to describe. We hosted my daughter’s baby shower there, it was the perfect setting. So close to Nashville and yet you feel 1,000 miles away. With all the hardwood and vaulted ceilings, we did need to move the violinist into the front sitting room, but it was then perfect for conversation among our 25 or so guests. It truly felt as though it was one of our homes, and had everything that we needed. I highly recommend it.

The property was more beautiful in person! I used Aria's place for a romantic night with my now Fiancé and we had a blast! Aria was super responsive and helped make one of the most important nights of my life (my proposal) extremely memorable. I would definitely recommend this property.
