About the Space
Our wellness studio provides both versatile indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for various types of events. Our indoor and outdoor spaces are currently listed separately, there is a listing for rental of both properties. When renting outdoor space guests will only be given access to the building to use the restroom there is no lingering permitted under any condition. We primarily conduct wellness classes in this space for large sized fitness classes and yoga classes. Our outdoor space is perfect to comfortably host up to 50 people for private events or workshops. We do allow birthday events but we use our discretion with accepting bookings to preserve the nature of the space. Children’s (under 16) birthday parties are not permitted. Our outdoor location features both concrete and grass, a bar, and limited outlets for electricity. Guests are able to access gender neutral restrooms. Please incorporate enough time in your booking for setup before your event and clean up after your event. (i.e. if your booking ends at 5:00pm you are expected to be off the premises by 5:00pm) You will be charged if you go over your time.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
