West End Event Space & Office Rental
About the Space
The 5511 West Marshall Street is great for a monthly office rental, special trainings in our large meeting room with AV support, and weddings or celebrations. The space can hold 80 to 100 folks. We have an additional building next door at 5509 West Marshall that can also be used for additional meeting space or break out sessions or preparation area prior to events. Wifi access is provided to renters as well. Here are our rental packages: 1) Monthly office rental of an individual office nearest the front door with key entry and security code access. Includes access to our individual bathrooms and kitchenette areas. 2) One-time or Recurring Special Event Training Rental: includes use of foyer, main room, bathrooms, and small kitchen area. 3) Weddings or Anniversary Options: Includes access to the full space (include two preparation areas, our adjacent building next door for reception, full use of the space and AV equipment and custom lighting. Our sound and audio technicians would assist with the event as well.

Our staff complete a thorough cleaning on a weekly basis. If there is a higher level of sanitizing needed, guests are welcome to communicate their needs as they arise.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
