Introducing The Solaris Loft, the perfect corner studio for your next shoot! With both southeast and west facing windows, no matter the time of day you choose, you'll have great light! This space embraces a Wabi Sabi minimalist aesthetic with a focus on raw textures in its furnishings and decor. The walls are lime-washed and accented by our custom-designed arch and slat wall features and Wabi Sabi inspired chandeliers. Plush bouclé couches elevated the space, providing a luxurious atmosphere. The studio has ample natural light from sunrise to sunset. Another perk, we are located just down the hall from our other two studios so you could studio hop as long as you meet the two hour minimum in each space. This could also be used as a holding room (hair, makeup, wardrobe room or equipment holding) for larger shoots in our other studios. PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that our studio, located in Downtown LA, is not soundproof. Due to its central location, ambient city noises like sirens may be present. While suitable for video interviews and productions requiring background sound reduction in post-editing, the space may not be ideal for long-form audio recordings needing continuous, uninterrupted sound. We recommend a sound stage for such needs. Our studio is more suited to productions where shorter audio segments are used. We encourage pre-booking tours for those with specific audio requirements to assess the space's suitability. PARKING: Parking is available in a structure under our building for a $10 daily fee, payable in cash only (ATM available in the lobby). This lot tends to fill up quickly, but there are additional parking garages and metered parking nearby. Weekday garage hours 7am-7pm. Saturday 8am-5pm. Sunday closed. BUILDING HOURS: Weekdays 7am-7pm Saturday: 8am-5pm Sunday: 10am-5pm FREIGHT ELEVATOR HOURS: Weekdays: 8am-6pm Saturday: 8am- 12pm Sunday: Closed (If you needed access outside these hours, PLEASE let us know 24hrs in advance. They can stay open for $125 per hour outside of these normal operating hours). REFUNDS: Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. There are no refunds for unused time. If you wrap early, there are no refunds as we have blocked that time off, planned employee hours, schedule cleaning and cannot get those hours back which could have gone to another potential guest.
