About the Space
Perched above the street, natural light floods through the tall windows in this 130 year old, beautifully restored Milwaukee home by Blair House Design. The millwork, original refinished hardwood floors, tall windows in light filled rooms, and vintage art mixed with modern pieces throughout sets this house apart. There are 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms upstairs) and a bedroom off the living room with a murphy bed. There is one full bathroom upstairs and one full bathroom downstairs. Vanities/desks in two bedrooms, as well as a table that seats 8 (with additional tables with seating up to 24 upon request) are great for working from home or a gorgeous spot to eat and meet with others. Great for photoshoots, wedding parties, showers, families and groups.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Gorgeous space, the sunlight and decor details are amazing. We could literally shoot everywhere. 10/10 and would book again in a heartbeat. Very convenient location, safe neighborhood, ample free street parking, and close to freeway.

Annie was an incredible host and very helpful with communication before and during our reservation. She opened her house for us to go on a location scout the day before, and she even accommodated us leaving some equipment behind to make setup and load-in easier the following day. The house was beautiful and clean - just like the pictures. The only negative I can think to share is that the rooms were a little small for some of the filming we were trying to accomplish, but we were still able to make everything work. The house has a retractable awning that added shade for our team during our exterior part of the day, which I'd highly recommend using, if you're filming during the summer. Great host! Great house! Would book again.

We had the most amazing time at the Blair Iris House and Annie was a very communicative and flexible host! The house has so much natural light, and Annie has styled it so beautifully - it photographs so well. Cannot wait to book again, and can't recommend it enough!
