About the Space
Welcome to your Natural Light Studio with Lake Views! This is a rental studio, perfect for photography, videography, and other content creators. We have a light and airy set, as well as a dark & moody set. We also have a backdrop system with a variety of colors available. In addition to these common areas, we have a hair/makeup area in the back, as well as a restroom and water fountains. By far, the most unique feature is the incredible amount of natural light in the space. It is surrounded by large windows on three walls, which offer ample lighting and PLEASE NOTE: Weekday and Weekend rates are different. If you see a difference in the hourly rate between the search results and your booking, this is why.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
No cooking is allowed on-site
We have a variety of chairs in the studio
We have two beds, a couch, and a blow up mattress in studio.
We have a small projector that can be used by guests.
We have a speaker with auxiliary/xlr input, as well as a separate bluetooth speaker that guests can use.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

This studio is amazing !! Lots of cute set ups for different styles and a clean space. Trevor was great and helped me out last minute to get out of the heat and rain for a photo session! Would definitely book again!
