About the Space

Rent our entire home or just a room or two! We have an 1869 Victorian mansion with charm and character galore! The main floor including our living room, kitchen, bathroom with a claw foot tub and shower, dining room, laundry room, and library are on the mail floor. The upstairs has one bedroom renovated as a childs bedroom and it is Gender neutral. The rest of the upstairs is in in its raw form with all original flooring, plaster, etc but is not furnished. We have one acre that is beautifully maintained and landscaped with a victorian greenhouse on site!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
