About the Space
Beautiful home a short walk to the heart of downtown Palm Springs and also the Agua Caliente Casino. The five-bedroom, four-bath property has 3,065sqft of indoor space, with recent renovations, featuring original Mediterranean influences and improved contemporary features. The entrance gate to access the front door takes you on a lovely grassy path with a fountain. A sizable entertainment area is located inside, followed by an open-concept kitchen with bar seating and high-end appliances. A dining area and living room with high ceilings and floor to ceiling sliding doors are located off the kitchen. A storage space, washer/dryer, and complete bathroom are located off the space. Inside the house, a roomy jack-and-jill bathroom is shared by two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features lots of storage, and a spacious bathroom. The casita has two further bedrooms that are joined by a jack-and-jill bathroom. The backyard has a built-in BBQ, a large dining space, grassy area, a lounge area, and other places to relax and sunbathe.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

It was a great location for us to have our wedding after party with our wedding party and family. The home was one of the most beautiful homes I've seen in Palm Springs and was very spacious, fitting around 40 people. Kate, the host, was also very responsive which was crucial and made our planning easier!
