Enchanting River is a magical 2BR 1Bath A-Frame home secluded on 4 acres of serine forest nestled beside beaver brook running right below the house. This dreamy get away is just 2 hours from NYC & 2.5 hours from Philly. This property brings the combination of absolute peace that comes from being in the middle of the forest with a beautiful river flowing through it while also giving an eerrie feeling as the day turns to darkness, being alone in the middle of the woods. Think a romantic getaway film or just as easily a horror film? Both? The neighborhood offers many restaurants that all offer phenomenal deals on catering and large food orders to accommodate food for the cast and crew! The nearest train is the Port Jervis train station that is approximately 30 mins away. You can shuttle people back and forth from the train if need be. The train comes in from NYC and is a 2 hour ride. As of now this property is fresh to the film market! It is currently used primarily as a short term rental on sites like Airbnb & Vrbo. As an actor myself I am very excited to see this property be used as a filming location.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
