- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Could not recommend Kiwon and BlueStream Gallery more highly! We held a networking breakfast here, and not only did he meet us very early to help us set up, he also allowed us to come visit in advance to plan out the space. He was incredibly responsive, too. Everything was perfect, and the art was beautiful. Many of our guests commented that the gallery was such a cool venue. Thank you, Kiwon!!!

The space was perfect for an intimate proposal. The pictures represent exactly what you would expect to get. The owners are also very friendly and professional when communicating and would go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and the event runs smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Even though I had my art show for one night here, it was amazing. The host made sure I had everything I needed to hang my painting up and also helped my with a bar setup. 5 stars all around.
