No smoking on the premises. No pets of any kind. Outside catering ok. No events. No nudity. Space for shoots or commercial filming only.
Please be respectful. This is our home and we ask you treat it along with its belongings with the utmost respect.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture may be removed temporarily if a prior agreed upon location has been determined. No new holes in the walls or ceilings please to avoid paint damage.
No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
There are three Ring security cameras on the front exterior of the property only. Nothing inside or in the backyard.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We hire an amazing cleaning crew each time that throughly disinfects.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
