This all white with black flooring minimalist creative center is open to all your event needs. Whether you’re looking for a space to host your next meeting, dinner, gathering, or party this is the perfect space for you. There’s 1000 sq ft of complete access. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

All I can say is wow, This event space was very affordable and spacious for my daughter 11th Holloween Birthday Party. You can decorate how you want. I had about 20 kids and some parent. Wonderful place. The owner is nice and will accommodate you for any extra items you need. Will book again.

This event happened back in July- The pictures were not the same as the space that was advertised. The floors were just unsealed painted concrete & extremely hard to clean. Not to mention, when we walked in everything smelled as if bleach was just thrown around to cleanup last & there were ants crawling everywhere. The host knew we would be having a birthday party, so of course birthday decorations were used, including balloons with confetti inside. Unfortunately some of the balloons popped and spread confetti around, which we tried to sweep up, but due to the terrible floor’s & inadequate cleaning supplies, it would not all come up. We asked the host for additional cleaning supplies for us to cleanup after the event because the paint from the floors was just making everything stick into the floor & we were told to “use what was provided”. Instead of trying to work with me on resolving the confetti issue, the host instead called the police, before even speaking with the individual who booked the space (myself) & threatening a police report for vandalism. I would have had no issue giving the host an extra cleaning fee or staying longer to help get the confetti up, but instead of being an adult and mitigating the problem with me, she immediately escalated with police threats and demands. It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had and I don’t recommend booking her space.

The space was fun to hold my event in. I had control and it felt like I was home. I through a 30th birthday party, prom themed. I would recommend to anyone especially on a budget and you just want to get a bang for your buck!!!! The space had a great host and awesome photographer that made the best package deal imaginable. I would definitely book again real soon!!!!
