Creative photography studio with multiple adjustable sets (sofa, queen air mattress, and egg chair currently) as well as a wall mounted seamless paper system (grey & white currently). This space is primarily set up for portrait and boudoir photography, but there is space and furniture to accommodate product and still life photography as well. Sofa and egg chair set are permanent, other sets may vary. You may request a specific set for bookings for 2+ hours. If you have your own fabric backdrop you wish to use, there is a clip based ceiling rail for the front wall (sofa set) and across the center of the room (for front and back sets). 9' wide backdrop pole stand is also available upon request. This 2nd floor studio is roughly 900 sq ft., including a semi private dressing area and private bathroom. There are six windows providing ample natural light, daylight balanced LED lights on the ceiling, and there are 2 strobes available with various modifiers and reflectors. Wifi is available, as is a bluetooth speaker for music. The mini fridge is kept stocked with water for everyone as well. Per my landlords requirements I will be on site for all rentals, but will remain at my desk for the duration unless assistance is requested (I will happily assist with the lighting equipment and backdrops).
