Located in beautiful Pasadena, California. Walking distance to restaurants/shops. You’ll absolutely adore our classy inspired space with a lot of natural lighting. It is inspired by New York style loft located upstairs. The space has an open floor plan. Place comfortably fit around 45-50 guests max. The space is located upstairs in an older building. There is no elevators only stairs available. Space is perfect for: -Private bridal suite -Sip & Paint events - live music night - wine tasting - photography studio - standard parties - educational purposes - fundraisers - art show/ fashion show - bridal shower/ anniversary events - photo/video/commercial shoots - dance/fitness rehearsals/classes - dinner/dance gatherings What we have for our clients on site: - Hair/Make up prep stations - sink - Free Wi-Fi - office space - free parking - air conditioning - music speakers - ring light

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful and clean space! The size was perfect for my yoga pop up class. Julie’s communication was great and she was very friendly. I would book her space again any time.

The space is great, it looks just like it does in the photos. Julie and her brother were very responsive, answered all my questions and were very easy to work with. Will definitely keep this on my list for future events!

very nice people , i thought the place was gone be too small but it was prefect . was able to have everything in their i needed . definitely will be booking again soon :)

This space was absolutely perfect our bridal party to get dolled up . The lighting was amazing and the makeup artists were really excited to have a sspace big enough to work. The assistant was extremely helpful and so was Julie.
