Warehouse Photo/Video Studio with Multiple Sets

We have a spacious and comfortable space that offers infinite creativity. The following is included with your rental and always available year round: - 9' paper backdrop room with optional lighting, modifiers and accessories - Vanity/changing room with props and storage - 8ftx8ft Speaker / TV wall (2 larger TVs have HDMI input, 2 smaller TVs are static) - Large graffiti wall - Vintage Pepsi machine with neon (phone booth coming soon!) - 15ftx8ft overhead hex light - Large gothic throne chair - Lounge area with stocked fridge, TV, PS4 and Wifi - Round red bed (ending May 15th 2025) We also have a 1000sq ft open area that changes out frequently with new sets and backdrops. There are sets in the center of the warehouse that have alternating themes (may vary). These areas are also included in your rental, but may have optional add ons for certain aspects: - Neon Church - Library - Jail Cell - Neon Jungle - Ice Cave (ending Aug 2025) - Pink Faux Fur (ending Aug 2025) - RGB Infinity Dance Floor (operation of this is an add on, has curtains enclosing it - not pictured) - Skull Wall Also included: - 9ft paper backdrops (alternating colors, may differ than pictured) - 7ft mobile paper backdrops (limited colors) - x2 pipe and drape (10'x10') - x3 extension cords - x4 light stands - x2 V-Flats - Rolling utility cart - Smoke machines and juice (1500w, 750w) - x2 Fans (small, large) - Sandbags - Props, chairs and dividers *there is no lighting equipment included with the base price, except for whats built into sets already* Also please note: *There is a 2 hour minimum to rent this space*
