Huge common area between 2 recording studios with concrete floors, royal blue walls, led lighting, wooden beam ceilings, pool table, piano, chess table, several TVs, etc. Space can be used for a wide variety of events and productions. Plenty of room to accommodate different set ups, props etc. This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - commercials - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. This was the perfect space for my husbands birthday party! Robert was amazing to work with and responded within minutes. He was flexible in allowing me to come in early and everyone at the venue was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to friends!

The host was very flexible and accommodating, and answered questions right away. They even helped us pack up our equipment and move it back my car at the end of the night. The venue has a great location and space. Guests were really impressed. There are programable lights, couches, a big table and chairs.
