About the Space

Hidden away in the second floor of a 120-year old duplex, this apartment has undergone a full physical transformation after being renovated from top to bottom over the past year. Inspired by the gorgeous millwork and original hardwood maple floors, the updated space was designed to fit seamlessly at the intersection of the early 20th century Minneapolis and today's modern aesthetic. The space - currently being utilized primarily as a fully furnished short-term and medium-term rental unit - has incredible natural light pouring in from exposure on all four sides of the property (though most notably from the massive south-facing living room windows). The apartment has a full bedroom, bathroom, office/den, living room, and kitchen, providing a perfect backdrop for a wide array of moments to be captured. To date, the apartment has been booked by local makers for several product photoshoots, and is available for photoshoots of most varieties, as well as small social gatherings.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
