The house is a guest house across the street from the main house. The property is 3.5 acres of pinion forest on a hillside across the valley from Carbondale and Mt. Sopris. The space and the view are great for photo shoots. The upper floor has the kitchen and living room with big windows. The bottom floor has the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
